How AEC supports this scope
AEC Services supports owners, operators and development teams with engineering and permitting work that is grounded in the realities of construction. The team can help define a site, coordinate technical documents, identify regulatory requirements and prepare a project for a clearer path into the field.
For multi-jurisdiction work, AEC coordinates the applicable state and local requirements, manages the submission process and keeps the design, permitting and construction teams aligned. Early feasibility, utilities, drainage, grading, structural needs and fuel-system interfaces can be reviewed before a project has committed too far to a plan or a parcel.
AEC can be engaged for an engineering or permitting scope on its own, or as part of an integrated design-build delivery. The purpose is the same in either structure: resolve questions earlier, reduce handoffs and give the owner one accountable team for the work AEC performs.
